In addition to our Core Fascia Reset Class, we also offer fascia and movement collaborative classes
designed to create a new, more integrated experience in healing.
This is where Yoga, Fitness, and Pilates come together—blended with fascial maneuver bodywork, from the teachings of The Human Garage.
Fascial maneuvers are gentle, targeted movements that work with the body’s connective tissue (fascia)
to release tension, trauma from the tissues, restore lymphatic flow, and improve how your body moves and feels
—going beyond traditional stretching to create real, lasting change.

Each offering explores fascia through a different lens:

– Fascialates: core-focused, intelligent movement for deep stability and alignment
All supported by fascial maneuver bodywork to help unlock stored tension and restore natural flow.

Each collaborative session begins in a women’s healing & support circle—a grounded space to arrive, be seen, and settle into presence.
This intentional opening supports nervous system regulation, helping the body shift out of fight-or-flight
and into a state of safety where true healing can occur.
It creates a judgment-free environment where emotional release is welcomed and supported,
allowing women to express, process, and soften whatever is present—without needing to hold it in or mask it.
From there, we move into fascial release work that softens and unwinds the body while supporting lymphatic flow and drainage,
followed by intentional movement that feels entirely different once the fascia has opened.
This integrated approach allows the body to:

– move more freely and intelligently
– feel lighter, calmer, and more connected

Fascial maneuvers are gentle, targeted movements that work with the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to release tension, restore flow, and improve how your body moves and feels—going beyond traditional stretching to create real, lasting change.
Each session begins with a women’s healing and support circle, offering a safe, judgment-free space to connect, share, and allow emotional release. From there, you’ll be guided through the fascial movement practice, teachings from the Human Garage, along with a brief introduction to non-surgical deep tissue bodywork techniques designed to support women’s health, balance, and overall well-being.
This introductory session explores how non-surgical, scar tissue and fascia-focused bodywork can support healing and function across common concerns. We’ll touch on post-surgical scar tissue (including C-sections), how adhesions can affect mobility and comfort, and the connection between scar tissue, fascia and digestive health. The session will also introduce gentle approaches for supporting breast tissue health and natural facial rejuvenation through non-surgical facelift techniques—all aimed at restoring flow, reducing restriction, and reconnecting the body as a whole.
It’s a holistic experience—supporting your body, your mind, and your connection to yourself.

Instead of just controlled movements, you’ll go deeper—releasing tension in the fascia while building a strong, stable, and aligned foundation. This approach enhances core activation, improves posture, and creates long, lean strength without strain or rigidity.
You’ll feel lengthened, supported, and effortlessly connected through your entire body.
