Bianca Morello

Integrative Somatic Naturotherapy Practitioner

Bianca Specializes in Fascial Maneuver bodywork (Human Garage Method), Non Surgical Deep Tissue Bodywork, Integral Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Inner Child Dissolution and Nervous System Regulation.

Bianca Morello holds an Honours Double Major in Communications and Fine Arts Cultural Studies, where she developed a refined sensitivity to human expression, creativity, and connection. This academic foundation evolved into a distinguished career in film and photography, where her work received multiple gold and silver awards and industry recognition.

She went on to establish and operate her own portrait studio, while also leading photography workshops dedicated to artistic perspective, visual storytelling, and refined creative direction. Today, her work continues in a more grounded and intimate expression, focusing on equine photography and portraiture within natural landscapes.

Bianca’s creative path extended into education and collaboration, including teaching fashion photography at Concordia University, contributing to the film industry in Toronto, and working with the production team at Goalcast in Montreal, a global digital storytelling platform focused on meaningful human narratives.

In 2020, her journey began to turn inward. What began as a deeply personal path of healing for herself and her family gradually evolved into a professional calling devoted to holistic well-being and embodied transformation. Through this lived experience, she became certified in multiple somatic and holistic modalities, forming the foundation of her integrative practice.

She now brings together her artistic background with health and wellness coaching, somatic mind-body therapy, sound healing, fascia release bodywork, non-surgical deep tissue techniques, and energy-based modalities. Her approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply attuned—supporting the body as an intelligent system capable of release, regulation, and renewal.

Bianca has had the privilege of guiding clients through transformative healing experiences at IZRELEX Holistic Center in Dorion, offering sound healing, health and wellness coaching, and non surgical deep tissue bodywork. She has also supported clients at The West Island Integrative Health Center in Kirkland and volunteered her time at the West Island Cancer Wellness Center. Across these spaces, her clients reported a profound return to embodiment, nervous system regulation, and a restored sense of inner coherence and ease.

She has curated and hosted wellness experiences through Wellness Among the Vines, collaborating with aligned practitioners in spaces dedicated to presence, expansion, and embodied restoration.

Bianca is the founder of The House of 24K Holistics, which encompasses The Collective Transcendence and Wellness Among the Vines (Events & Retreats), forming a cohesive umbrella of integrative wellness experiences.

Bianca is currently pursuing her Diploma in Naturopathy, further expanding her knowledge and ability to support clients through a comprehensive, integrative health framework. Insurance receipts are anticipated to be available in Summer 2026

Bianca intuitively designs deeply personalized sessions that support the whole person—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

At the core of her work is a genuine desire to create a supportive and inclusive community—one where individuals feel seen, encouraged,

and empowered on their path toward greater health, self-awareness, and inner balance. Her approach is guided by passion, intention,

and a deep respect for the body’s natural capacity to heal when given the right support.

Her work is rooted in an integrative mind-body approach that helps individuals reconnect with their body, release chronic patterns, and restore a sense of balance and vitality.

Through embodied awareness, she guides clients out of reactive patterns and into a more present, regulated, and connected state.

Bianca’s somatic therapy sessions focus on how the body stores and expresses stress, tension, and unresolved experiences. Rather than focusing solely on past events,

this approach works directly with present-moment physical sensations, emotional patterns, and nervous system responses.

This integrative approach may help reduce symptoms associated with chronic stress, anxiety, physical discomfort and chronic pain,

while fostering a deeper sense of internal safety, connection, and self-awareness.

This work supports a shift from:

  • Reactivity to presence

  • Disconnection to integration

  • Chronic stress patterns to greater resilience and regulation

A key component of Bianca’s work is the integration of fascial maneuvers and non-surgical deep tissue bodywork.

The fascial system—an interconnected network of connective tissue—plays a central role in movement, posture, and how the body holds tension.

Fascial restrictions can develop over time due to stress, injury, repetitive strain, or emotional holding patterns.

Through intentional movement and hands-on techniques, this work supports tissue mobility, improves circulation, and helps reduce areas of chronic tension.

Non-surgical deep tissue bodywork complements this by working more directly with deeper layers of soft tissue,

helping to release adhesions, improve structural balance, and enhance overall physical function.

What makes Bianca’s approach unique is the way each modality works together.

Fascial and deep tissue bodywork address the physical structures of the body,

while somatic therapy, sound healing, and mindfulness practices support the nervous system and emotional landscape.

This layered approach allows for a more complete and integrated experience—supporting the body not only in releasing physical tension,

but also in shifting underlying patterns that may contribute to stress, discomfort, or disconnection.

It is designed to support sustainable, long-term change by helping clients reconnect with their body’s natural capacity for regulation, adaptability, and healing.

Many individuals report improvements in physical comfort, emotional resilience, and overall quality of life.

Bianca’s approach encourages a gradual return to balance, supporting individuals in moving toward a more grounded, connected, and vibrant way of living.
