FASCIBLOCK -Fascia Release + Blocking DROP-IN
You’re invited to a deeply grounding Blocking + Fascia Release class designed to help the body unwind layers of stored tension, decompress connective tissue, and restore internal alignment through supported positioning and slow fascial release work inspired by The Human Garage Method.
Suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed—only a willingness to slow down and allow the body to release at its own pace.
Using soft therapeutic blocks, breath, movement, and intentional release, we create space where the body has often been gripping, guarding, compressing, and compensating for years…
Fascial maneuvers will start the class to allow the body to warm up and unwind for the first half, and the second half will be blocking for improving pelvic health and alignment and reducing back, hip and leg pain.

What To Bring
Participants should bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a towel, a comfortable t-shirt that allows skin contact for grip and ease of movement, grip socks (optional), a yoga block or cork block. Most importantly—bring a smile and an open mind.
