Create space in the body for ease, softness, and flow

Yoga Integration (Hatha + Restorative blend)
A gentle, mindful practice to awaken and activate the body
• Seated + standing poses for strength, flexibility, and grounding
• Breathwork to calm the nervous system and restore balance
• Restorative stillness for deep relaxation + recalibration
