FLOW is an 8-week progressive movement series designed to help you reconnect with your body through intelligent fascia-focused movement. Beginning with Fasciblock, you'll restore alignment, improve mobility, and create a balanced foundation. You'll then transition into Fascifit, where you'll integrate that new movement freedom into strength, stability, and resilient whole-body function.
This series is ideal for women experiencing pelvic imbalance, chronic tension, hip or back discomfort, postural changes, hormonal transitions, inflammation, or anyone wanting to build strength from the inside out.
No experience is necessary—every class is designed to meet you where you are.
Weeks 1–4
FASCIBLOCK
Align • Lengthen • Repattern
Before building strength, the body needs a stable foundation.
Fasciblock focuses on releasing restrictions within the fascial system while restoring proper alignment throughout the body. Through targeted myofascial release, mobility exercises, breathwork, and corrective movement patterns, you'll improve the way your body distributes force and supports itself.
Special attention is given to the pelvis—the center of movement and stability. When the pelvis is balanced, the hips, spine, knees, and shoulders can move more efficiently with less compensation and strain.

Fascifit blends functional strength training with fascia-focused movement principles. Rather than isolating muscles, you'll train your body as one connected system, creating strength that feels fluid, balanced, and sustainable.
Each class emphasizes core integration, pelvic stability, balance, and coordinated movement so your new alignment becomes your body's natural way of moving.

What To Bring
Participants should bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a towel, a comfortable t-shirt that allows skin contact for grip and ease of movement, grip socks (optional), a yoga block or cork block (optional). Most importantly—bring a smile and an open mind.

CLASS POLICY
FLOW is a guided 8-week journey designed to be experienced consecutively, as each class builds upon the last for deeper release, drainage, and integration
Your 8-Class Pass is valid for eight consecutive weeks beginning on your program start date. To receive the full benefit of the series, classes are designed to be experienced in sequence. Missed classes are forfeited.
