A hybrid women’s healing workshop designed by Bianca Morello to restore your foundation, reconnect you to your core, and transform the way you move, feel, and live in your body.

A restricted or imbalanced pelvis can contribute to:

– SI joint discomfort
– sciatica-like symptoms

What Happens In this Workshop?

Pelvis to Perception blends women’s connection circle for creating a safe space, pelvic health, somatic meditation, fascial release, blocking, lymphatic drainage stimulation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation into one deeply restorative experience. Some one on one fascial release work will intuitively be included for those having deep releases throughout the workshop.

Each class includes:

– women’s connection and grounding circle (Release+Support)
– guided breath and nervous system regulation
– fascial maneuvers and tissue release
– pelvic mobility work
– diaphragm, and psoas release with blocking and fascial maneuvers
– pelvic floor awareness and core reconnection exercises
– lymphatic drainage activation and fluid movement
– posture, gait, and alignment integration
– Somatic meditation and body scan

This is not exercise.

This is healing through intelligent Movement & Stillness.
